Right now, the citizens are not taking the government seriously because of widespread corruption, so they think the government's focus is on flood control projects, but they are totally wrong.
Months ago, the president assigned an agency to look into the violations by these influencers; unfortunately, they prefer to ignore it, thinking the government is not that serious.
Now all their earnings will go to the lawyer that they are going to hire to defend them in court.

I agree with what you said, these influencers that are promoting illegal casinos knows that the politicians that are against them making money off these illegal casinos are also very corrupt. It is like kettle calling pot black while they are all the same and that is why the influencers are unwilling to easily obey what their are directed to do. But the influencers should understand that politicians are covered by immunity atleast for the time that they are in power but them the influencers can be used as scapegoats by the politicians.

They must have thought that the government was bluffing, but what kind of government bluffs his people? I will shit my pant if I get such warning from the government, them no doing anything after the warning means they are daring, good for them.

It would make more sense to tax their income or enterprise in some way rather then attempt some unilateral law to ban .   Clearly there is demand and their service is advertising, most countries don’t prosper by restricting parts of an economy with a personal bias.
  The very richest people can take a flight to bet wherever they like for a weekend or week, receive a nice hotel stay and all sorts.   The poor workers receive this archaic legal restriction combined with their poverty, inability to travel easy and working long hours, government wishes to sit on them and truly crush the masses.

Their reason of stop the promotion of illegal gambling is ok, do you know that if every country should operate with this their policy, you will see that they will be a massive reduction of scam operating gambling platforms, some gambling, especially casinos doesn't operate by illegal but they don't have the traffic the illegal one's are having, so it's very bad for gambling website not to have licence to operate, that's one of the reasons why most of the gambling platforms decided to treat their customers the way they likes .

Actually it depends on how gambling regulations are applied, If it is legal and taxed for everything done then unilaterally banning gambling advertising is not fair enough.
Influencers do create content on demand, if a gambling content ends up becoming a new problem,
then it needs to be reviewed again how gambling regulations will actually be applied, if it is indeed banned everything must be banned, not just unilaterally. 

If it becomes an economic sector that concerns many people, then it needs various kinds of considerations before making new restrictions or rules,
this will indeed enter the personal realm and how it affects everyone.
