But not everyone can come up with a niche and not everyone can supply the product or service to the customers for a long time.

If someone can bring their own unique product to the market, then they can be successful, but bringing a new unique product to the market requires unique thinking and a big risk. Because when you are going to bring a new product to the market, you will have to buy different types of machinery and raw materials for their production at the beginning, which will require a lot of investment. But making such a big investment at the beginning of the business is very risky and beyond the capacity of everyone. But if someone has the ability and has that kind of strategy to make their business successful, then in that case they can definitely do that business because such a business becomes a group of companies over time, which is a very big thing.

If you don't have the necessary skills, you have to develop them. You can't simply impose your own niche or industry to the market, because there are serious risks you are going bankrupt, as you will be investing in something which no returns. I speak by personal experience. I lived in an area where economy was terrible, the market was dead and even though I kept trying to push my niche ahead, nothing worked, because there wasn't demand for that.

It's not about you lacking efficiency, will or not having a good product. It's about the local customers not having interest or money for that. When this happens, you have two alternatives. To give up on your niche and adapt yourself to the current needs, or to move yourself to another region/area where your niche will be valued by the market.

There could be some secrets that you should gate keep and not give it to public. This is sort of your shield from others who want to copy you as for sure there are some individuals who will just re-create your product and call it their own. I totally agree with that. It's not that anyone planning to start a business can afford multiple tries, which means that if they fail in the first try, their capital is gone, and now their dream for starting a business is also gone because they don't have the resources to try again. That's why it's not possible for every person to experiment in order to create a niche or product of their own that doesn't already exist anywhere, because to successfully do that, a person will need to do multiple experiments, and to do that, as I mentioned earlier, one needs to have extra resources every time.

While it is true that learning a skill that would be in high demand is great, like for example in todays world learning AI is a great way of finding a job, and prompt engineering is a great way to make money, that requires so many things that people do not realize. First of all you need to have time, not everyone has free time, I do not have free time, every single morning I wake up, go to doctors, get my treatment and come home and work on my job to make money. I had the last of the big treatments, I have now just one hour per day left but its still time consuming, people do not always have time.

Secondly if you have time, you have to also have talent for it, even if you work hard enough, if you do not have talent for it, no matter how hard you work, you may not be great at it, just good enough.
