I love to be unemployed.

Maybe 1% of the people in the world love what they do while most of them are doing it for the money, because we have no choice since our survival will depend on it. And we can see there are old fella who work their entire life in a company and not much increase in the ladder, yet they seem to be happy with what they have instead of showing how they really feel. Life is cruel but there is no way we can skip that part.

Everyone has opportunities, regardless of where they live, the company they work for, or what they do. Opportunities appear all the time, you just need to notice them. I always wondered why some people stay in the same place their whole lives. Do they not want to grow, develop, or achieve something more? Sometimes people get stuck in a comfort zone where they can no longer see opportunities, thinking only about today or tomorrow, not the future. I get really anxious if I feel like I am not evolving in my career. It puts me in a very uncomfortable situation, because I always want something more.

Each person does have their own level of stress management on which there are some which can handle a boat load of it and there are some which are just that too sensitive and just simply quit or resigned ones they do feel up uncomfortable. There are just that those instances that no matter how hard we do work but we are just that simple to be replaced by someone. Also, theres an instance about some power tripping specially when you are on a company or been working with tons of people on which positions above you could be also that a reason on having that very stressful work due to different scenarios or conditions.

As for my current job, im not that saying I do really love it but i dont have any choice. Why? If you do consider or really that pursue your dreamjob and deciding out to quit or resign immediately, which we know that landing up a job is never been simple due to high competition. If you are a family man then you would definitely be ending up on getting fucked up basing up into the decisions that you had made on.

Loving your job is more than just showing up everyday to doing what you where told to nahhh,  it's more than that. At times we mistake survival for enthusiasm. If you truly love your job you'll let your job mold you to become good at it and not that, to most important shapen you to become a better person in terms of personal development. There are jobs that have helped so many persons find out their true purpose in life, there are also jobs that do give people insight of their purpose. But all these things are only possible when you see your job not just as a daily task, but as something you can learn alot from. That way you'll be working with the consciousness of finding clues.

Most of the time , we saw people who are not happy with their job because they are getting income by doing 8 hour or 12 hours a day and they are earning money by doing hard work for the shopkeeper, bank , hospital or any other authority or for the government and they are getting a lot of work from them because they hire them .Business person is getting income by doing no work because he invested amount of money and these are Investing their time to make more and more money and they are not able to make good amount of money because their house rent is very high and he has Many Bills which should be pay . There is no way someone that is being paid huge salary with other benefits will not like their jobs. Liking your job means you don't want to miss the benefits and salaries you are always being paid at the end of the month. There are people that their jobs do paid them close to 6 figures every months, this kind of job is what everybody wants to get so that they can live the kind of life they have been aspiring for.  Those with low paid jobs will never like their jobs, always looking for opportunity that will give them a better job.
Hard work and connections is the only way anyone can get their dream job that will give them everything including paying all their bills.

Actually, the current world is very difficult, here we do not get everything according to our convenience. Why do people work in the open field under the scorching sun? Do they do it of their own free will? Or are they forced to do these hard sweaty jobs in the sun because they have no other choice? Of course, they have no desire to do such work, they are forced to do it only under pressure. In fact, these are the realities that we have to accept.

Right now I’m in a period of new beginnings, because my previous skills and knowledge no longer bring the financial results I want, while the new ones haven’t started paying off yet. It’s a kind of transitional stage. I can definitely say that if a person is not satisfied with something, they need to change it, otherwise they can easily slide into a decline both morally and financially. I chose my new direction much more consciously than the previous one, and I see this as an important factor for being able to enjoy what you do in the future, so that work becomes something interesting and enriching rather than a daily exhausting routine.

Sure, if you're not feeling satisfied in your workplace due to working conditions  or issues with promotions and pay  and management doesn't seem concerned about resolving the issues, if you can, it's best to find another employment as like you noted, you could gradually see a decline mentally that could start to have an effect on your life outside work.
It's quite important one loves and feels comfortable at his job. That way, its a win win for both you and your employer as you'll probably put in your all and likely be more productive in fulfilling your tasks.
