Is mintpal always so slow in providing support?

I transferred some coins out of there this morning that never shows up at the other end and I've submitted 3 support tickets with no replies thus far.

They are normally pretty good, but they have grown quite a bit over the weeks.  I'm sure they are receiving tons of tickets.

well - Looked up the transaction in the flutteroin block chain explorer and I have no idea what I'm looking at - all I know is that the address that I sent it it at poloniex looks fine.

any help would be appreciated
