I am not sure if Zhou Tong is a scammer. I dont think he intended to rip anybody off. Seems likely he build a system that held a lot of money but did not deal with security appropriately. Maybe he could be accused of negligence.

At then end of the day tho, he walked away with money, but many of his users lost some, is that correct?

Having said that he was only 18 or so then, so he probably learned some lessons.

 wtf ask any old timer even well known members they will tell u it was a scam

If he was really honest he would've refunded the members their money from the huge profits he makes at coinjar the scam exchange
