Bitcoin halving just passed with a positive impact, so the crypto market has mostly recovered after fall in March. Therefore lots of altcoins show even better performance since the beginning of the year than before.And as you guessed among these altcoins is NOIA

Token performance and node network performance are not related at all. Token performance is caused by good news, such as Oracle announcement.
