Attempt to log in on my exchange account!

Hi all

Since 4 days, I get multiple email about attempt to log in my account on allcoin and mintpal.
I'm afraid maybe I have been hacked or it can be related to the openssl hearthbleed bug.

Can someone help me to resolve this problem?
Should I reinstall my wallet or try to install an someting to block this?

Please help.
