When to buy bitcoin after when CHina is out of the equation 18.April

As I see it Bitcoin will keep falling in value until China market is completly out (18.April).

If investing in bitcoin it would be between today and 18th, since it will probably fall in price, as I see the price will go up after that. because now Chinese peple are selling, and after 18. April there is no more of this.

So when and to what price to buy bitcoin before the 18. April.

I am considering to buy more bitcoin than usual but would like I expect the price at least go up again at least to 700 - 800 usd with help of time.
