I just purchased a sapphire extreme 5830 from eveofwar and it seems to be DOA and he told me he bought it from shakaru. Does anyone know how the RMA process for sapphire works?

I am honestly trying not to believe that he sent me a dead card Undecided, but with bitcoins its not like you can just ask for a refund. This was my first time trying to buy something with bitcoins to. Not working so well.
