Rourter + Gridseed Help Please

I have my gridseeds connected to PI

each 10 are on a PI

And hard wired to the High speed modem

But because of the wires, I decided to use a router to connect both PI's to it and then one wire to the modem.  I can't see the web interface anymore!!  Under the modem interface, both IP's that belonged to the PI's are showing "inactive".  Yet I see on the pool side, they are still hashing.

Anyone can help me sort this out please.
