Can anyone tell me from where can I find such a mod for SMF?

No I do not need any admin for that, as it do not have any income to pay for that job, and the other thing is that I am a very good administrator at any site/forum.

just search on google " Simple Machine Forum" I think you will find.The site Simple Machines offers free open source software such as SMF.am not sure the website will help you or not.there have lots of feature.if not help just forget.thanks

Staffs don't have access to the bitcointalk database so they can't provide you and admins never
The only option that remains is hire a programmer and pay him to build such a feature

Admin is not a programmer.. He have lots of money though..
