did " iBitcoin+ " willingly refunded your money or you filed a chargeback ?? No iBitcoin+ doesn't reply to me he offered me a refund twice then said if i confirm my identity with him he would send the coins now he just ignores me. I called skrill but they dont do chargeback apparently. Lesson learnt. |
