With The original Silk road getting shut down drug users and sellers have been scrambling to start the next major onderground marketplace.
First people tried to resart Silk Road with version 2.0 But after plenty of hacks, DDOS attacks, and finally a hacker stealing about 2.7 million in Bitcoins from there escrow service they started to fall apart fast.
They are still running but there littered with scammers and they decided to remove there escrow service to prevent the the same thing from happening again. They say they have paid back around 40% of what people lost already but people are still losing trust in them fast.

USE WITH CAUTION! - link http://silkroad6ownowfk.onion

The other service that is currently the most stable is the Agora Market place.
They currently have a stable escrow service and require vendors to put down a 0.6 btc safety deposit before they sell anything along with checking the sellers track record on other black markets to see if they are reliable.
On top of that they only allow new users to sign up register using a referral link from another member so every member can make a percent of the profit from the site.
if you refer to another vendor and he registers with your link, you are going to receive 20% of fees we collect from that vendor for every order he makes, with no time restrictions. For the normal users that you refer to the service, you are going to receive 10% of the fee we collect from their EVERY order placed with ANY other vendor. This is partly the reason it might pay up to register early or be good at getting referrals.
Even if you don't want to use the site this is a very lucrative business so getting referral will make you a TON of money then you can simply move the Bitcoins to a different site without doing any work!

Being referred does not imply any losses for the referred users or vendors. Your share is coming from there own fees which would be collected anyways.
They say, they Basically want the users to make money as well as they do, thus creating a plethora of user who are actually interested in making the service the best it can be, by providing feedback and wanting the service to succeed.

The standard fee taken on each order (and from which the referral percentages are calculated) is 4%.

To become a vendor you must have 0.6 BTC deposit which is held by the service and is used in case you will try to scam the users.

To make sure referrals are more inclined to use the link, they have currently disabled non-referral registrations and who knows how long registration will be open so  get on it if its your thing!.
