Urgent Helps/ New Rig Windows 7 to Windows 8 Problem

I had my mining rig running on my gaming computer connected via risers and i wanted to get it out of my room so i built a new open air but used windows 8 this time. Before i had 1 Sapphire 280x and 3 XFX 270x's and everything worked fine but i wanted install another 270x on my new rig so that why i went with win8 instead of win 7 cause i heard win 7 limits at 4 gpus. I got windows 8 installed in my new rig. I installed the same drivers i had in my win7 rig and the sdk. I downloaded kalroths 3.7.2 on the new rig and copied over all my .bat files. When i try and open my .bat file for wemineall.com this is what i get-



This is what my .bat file contains and it ran great on my windows rig with 1 280x and 3 270xs. The only thing changed is the computer, went to windows 8 and added a 4th 270x. All the cards are regonized in gpuz and amd catatlyst. What could be wrong? heres the contents of my .bat file

Include the parameter "setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT" followed by a space and any percentage (i.e. 100).

Also, know that this is an error that will subside over time (about 15 minutes).

Look into BAMT! Litecoin BAMT is so much easier than dealing with windows.

EDIT: Just noticed you're trying to use 3.7.3: Is this an error or on purpose?

It's 3.7.2 but he kalroth modified it so he called it 3.7.3. And I tried adding the setx GPU_... to my .bat and it still doesn't work.

And I tried using bamt and everytime I installed It then added my gpus it wouldn't reboot....
