I am really confuse.  does this kind of news still affect bitcoin price?

For some strange reasons, people still get panic again and again reading the same "news".

Those who panic are just 3 or 4 monkeys in China, huge fake volume on their junk exchanges do the rest as they drag down the whole market.
This is just FUD FUD FUD buy as much as you can and say thank you to those monkeys for the gift.

No it is totally a coincidence that 5 minutes after this news came out, the bitcoin price dropped 15%.

And all those other times were coincidences too.  So no it doesn't affect the bitcoin price.

And when Gox shut down and BTC dropped 20%, that was a coincdence too.

LOL

PBOC held a serious talk with Chinese banks and payment service providers on April 24, requesting that they stop withdrawal for trading platforms and close accounts completely.

Has this "serious talk" really happened, or is it just a rumor / unconfirmed ?
