How can i get bitcoin rate USD from bitcoind ?

If can't from where i can do it without using btc-e / blockchain.info because he block my IP and some peoples told me he block ip each 15min or something like this.

Want an example with PHP.

You cant bitcoind is not an exchange.

You can use bitstamps API https://www.bitstamp.net/api/
but I hear its broken. No Idea.

Bitcoincharts has an API as well http://bitcoincharts.com/about/markets-api/
They dont like requests more often than 15 mins either.
