BIP32 Online Wallet Provider with API?

I'm looking for a service like Blockchain.info's online wallet that supports BIP32 wallets, and has an outgoing payments API. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it! I don't want to run BCI's server program on my server, which is the main reason I'm looking for an alternative.

I am unknown about BIP32 wallet, what that actually mean?

But talking about bitcoin api provider there are many like blocktrail.com, block.io and other third party services. However you may find limitation in number of address you can genearate per day/ per month in these apis.
