request : trusted IP pair ... specify an IP local node adress

Now, i have understand this feature, the trusted IP pair in setting (the 3rd line).

Because i run a bitcoin-QT in NODE setting to my p2pool mining system ... i can add the IP of this PC that run bitcoin-QT and then, retrieve in second, the whole blockchain merkles summary -instead of couple of minutes with internet-


Can you add a "more simply explaination" of this trusted IP pair on the setting ?
Like : "you can add a local PC IP that it run bitcoin-QT in server mode ..."
