Doge-similar currency development team for mining pool expert

My team and I have been working on developing altcoins since 2013. We have developed several currencies are looking to launch a mining pool. So far we are mostly graphic design and C++ gurus and would like to add someone to the team who has experience enough to get a mining pool off of the ground for this currency. We will include a link to the website and the client for your consideration. This is ideal for someone interested in altcoins and experimental currencies. More details on the coin can be discussed in private however we do not want to leak which coin this is prior to launch. We look forward to hearing from anyone with mining pool experience.

P.S. - Alternatively, this thread may be used to share information on popular mining pool sources, front-ends and any other constructive information about mining pools and setup or online resources pertaining to this.
