I am looking for a Bitcoin based website in the $2,000 range.

I have decided to use a portion of my tax return to purchase the site.

I am looking for something that is currently earning revenue and has a unique design.

I am interested in pools, exchanges, etc, preferably a site that provides a service.

If you are interested in selling your website please PM me with the details or reply to this thread.

Thank you for looking!

I am the owner of BitExpress.co.uk

Current profits depend on how much you can invest in inventory, but $1,000 in inventory will give you $50 in profit.  If you can afford $10,000 in inventory, thats $500 profit, so with a 15 day turn around, you can make $1000 a month off it.

I myself can't afford that much stock, which is why I may sell it.  $2,000 is a bit cheap though.

Are you serious?  I looked at your site - you have a Google checkout and everything else is pretty well manual.

With no traffic, you should consider $2,000 a VERY GENROUS offer.

Not trying to be mean, but I agree with you.

I can easily create a website like that myself.

No offense.

I don't have a site that I'm willing to sell ATM that meets your criteria but I'm curious - are you offering cash only or are you willing to spend the bitcoin/litecoin equivalent?

Still around.

I can offer most payment methods for example PayPal, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dwolla, Serve.

Seeing as how I have already invested almost $1,000 in the site, and that I am finishing up on completely automated sell handling, and that I have spent over $200 in Google Ad marketing alone, I am quite serious.

I think you are going to have trouble finding a viable business to buy @ 2000 USD. That figure is either too high or too low.. What do I mean ?

If it's a site with no revenue, and is unloved by the creator, well.. it's not worth 200 USD, let alone 2000.

But .. if it's a site with a revenue  (not profit) of just 80 / month, at a PE ratio of 10:1, that would make it "worth" approx 2000 USD. The issue here is that the owner will probably believe it will be earning far more in the next few years, and therefore would be looking for a ratio of 50:1 and more.....

In my opinion, you would be better off trying to hoover up some bargain bucket unloved websites for a few dollars OR try to get on board with an up and coming website as an equity partner, using your cash for marketing and other such costs.

Nevertheless, I wish you good luck.

Now that I've thought about it a bit, I think I do have a site that I'm willing to part with that almost meets your criteria: Cryptobill

Cryptobill was earning a few bitcents a day from ad revenue when I first launched it but I don't really have the time to promote and develop it like it deserves. If you're interested, I can let you have the whole thing including the URL, the code and put you in touch with the person who programmed it for me for 15 BTC.

Still around.

You've been PMed.

Sorry for asking the price I didn't catch the 15 BTC.

Thanks.

You can offer all the services you want the second someone tries to do a chargeback your website is out and you're in a huge debt, your business is worth nothing unless you can guarantee no charge backs

I am always open to joining up on a project also.

If you or anyone you know has a good idea and needs funding or help in general please let me know.

I personally would like to start a site that benefits the Bitcoin community and provides a needed service that people will continue to come to the site and use and enjoy.

If you have any ideas or suggestions please let me know.

Thanks for looking and thanks for all the people who have replied.

I'd like to do something like this too. Ideally something where I can get involved if I want to but there's already something to begin with.

Would be great to have an income in BTC

I'm not necessarily interested in selling. However, I am looking into raising funds for major improvements. Drop me a line if interested in discussing.
