Does this mean that you want to buy a moneypak for bitcoin or are you selling moneypacks for bitcoin?

moneypacks are physical. how does this work? how do we get the moneypacks to each other?

They send you the code on the back of the card. After it's best to withdraw funds ASAP. The seller could report the card as stolen or whatever and get the funds reversed.
