It even has free shipping, I will just have to pay one hell of a tax on arrival.

90 MH/s
Arrival: Next week (could get stuck in customs for 1 more week after that)
Price: $13k

My electricity bill wont matter if it goes higher, my roommate always pays for it, the only question is: Will it be able to get ROI even after the booming difficulty?

Is it capable of ROI? What % chance do you guys think of it hitting ROI?

It is possible to ROI but it mostly luck based, 13k$ are a huge investment, I would have bought bitcoins directly with that sum.
