This is a big step for the BTC ecosystem.   It clearly shows how far that BTC has developed and evolved since it's earlier stages.   In infrastructure terms, BTC is basically an invention of a new kind of money.   This means that all sectors, and jobs that are created and needed by USD, GBP, Yen, etc. will also be created and needed by the BTC ecosystem.

"Future job fairs

Roseman told CoinDesk that the idea for the job fair came from a tweet to Andreas Antonopoulos, who then put his name behind the effort and spoke briefly at the event.

The organisers are now thinking that a quarterly job fair in Silicon Valley will be held going forward, though they are also considering possible job fairs on the East Coast, or perhaps Europe.

Coinality now has more than 280 jobs on its site, many of them technical. But there is a lot of growth in other types of postions as well, according to Roseman..."

Yes, I also think that they will mainly need online marketers. I think with the high value of BTC, better if there will be a job called online security to avoid stolen or lost BTCs.
