Trading Bitcoins for liens on real estate as Title 15 securities

Hi,
I am interested if anyone has traded real estate liens for Bircoins. What would be the legal position for the original lien holder?
The proposed liens would be secured by equity positions in liens on real estate and recorded at the county recorder's office where the real estate resides.
If anyone has any information regarding Bitcoins to swap for liens, let me know.
