Hello,
I am wandering ( I use Multibit wallet) when i am making a transaction and putting label on it ( i usually do it to indicate for what i have paid) s this label visible to the receiver? Are the both sides see the label of the transaction?

No. The MultiBit label is only visible to the wallet that creates the label.  It is not sent over the internet to anyone else.

If you use Blockchain.info's wallet service you can apply a label to your address and have the option of making it public.

To further confirm the answer to the OP's question, no the labels in multibit are private. I personally do not like them as I will always copy and paste an address every time I send a TX
