Does anyone have a link to the latest doge bootstrap, I cant seem to get past 15 weeks It has been syncing for days now and it going backwards.... I have deleted all blocks and reinstalled but same is happening. any ideas anyone?

Try multidoge

http://multidoge.org/

It's like multibit for doge, and you don't have to download the whole blockchain to use it.

Have you deleted all files in your %appdata% Dogecoin, folder apart from the wallet.dat. Keep the wallet.dat and do a fresh install of the client.
