A few developers and myself are looking to create a new innovated coin with the help from the community.

We are looking for anyone with a passion and skill to help create a new "crypto currency" while meeting some
awesome people in the process.  We're just brainstorming at this point and looking for additional people.

Honestly i doubt anyone will join, i am working with my own project and from experience it will be really hard to find anyone working for free

Even if your goal is very clear and the programming is straight forward you will still most likely have to learn programming your self.
