I wanted to try trading and decided to trust MTGox with my 1st (and only) experience. I had it for a few days, bought bitcoins at a decent price and tried to withdraw. It tells me my account is pending review and needs ID to release funds. They say I'm a level 1 so no noterizing required unless its NOT in english. I'm disabled so I sent my state disability ID, drivers licence and cable bill from last month. Everything. In. English and legible but now they say it must be noterized....WHY???
Travel is difficult for me because off my injury and I'm far from rich. I just wanted to see if i could try my hand at trading. I have a small amount of money in there compared to others but it is a lot to me and I need it. There is nothing wrong with my documents so why are they doing this to me?
They say I had more than 1 IP logon but I didn't know we could only logon from 1 place. I share account with my fiance (its both our money) and he logs in from alternate places but that's no reason to punish us. Are they just keeping our money now???
Someone has to be able to help me right???
