Hello!

I want to create an exchange. Are there banks that are "bitcoin-friendly"? (I'm talking about opening a bank account. In my country banks are against it.)

Hello!

There is a very old thread listing Bitcoin friendly banks here.

A newer more up to date follow up to that thread is here.

There is a list of free EU bank accounts that can be opened directly online here.

Although those banks were listed as Bitcoin friendly for ordinary customers, they might not all be as friendly to a business running an exchange. You could try contacting them and asking if they accept Bitcoin business customers. Some of them probably will.
