hi, i have a problem to Withdraw bitcoin. i have done all the instruction. But until now i did not receive my bitcoin.
And the strange is when i check Withdrawal history, there is NO hisitory. what the ........

i've done send message to support, but no reply.
here is the detail pic

if anyone else is experiencing the same thing?

I'm surprised they even allow withdrawals of .00006826BTC ($0.03), this doesn't even cover the transaction fee.

how many fee?
because when i withdraw there is no notif about fee
i just try to test withdraw btw

The 0.0001 bitcoin that you pay when sending bitcoins so that the miners will process it.

If sent without fee this transaction would probably never get confirmed and stuck as unconfirmed for a long time.

This is related to all bitcoin transactions; not just Coin-swap

However they obviously need to put into place a system to stop withdrawals that are below their fee, instead of just disappearing the withdrawal

yeah i agree with you..
they should stop my withdaw, and give me notif.
not like this, no response
