Until I get my DIEM back, they are a scam sight. Took my 9 million DIEM, claiming that it is out of their hands. Email I got from them after asking for my DIEM back. (they closed the market after a few days):

"CarpeDiem was abandoned by the developer. He then relaunched a new "version 2" of CarpeDiem, and making the original CarpeDiem coins completely worthless in the process.
Your DIEM are sadly no longer used, there are no miners to do transactions, there is no community anymore. This is completely out of our hands, the blame is completely on the developer who never informed us about this. Since we found out, we closed down the market, pending complete removal in a week or so.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
The Support Team "

They are acting like they were on the old DIEM wallet after I deposited on May 31st, long after DIEM was converted to the new POS version with new Devs. My new DIEM (I had my DIEM converted weeks ago to the correct DIEM and new wallet) deposited no problem from my new wallet, so they are clearly on the correct wallet and are either complete imbeciles or are crooks.

They are sticking to their story that they are on the old wallet, despite adding DIEM on May 23rd and posting to the new thread that was complete with new wallet link.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=588310.msg6903256#msg6903256

Update. After much complaining they sent me my DIEM back. They lied about being on the old wallet and are now auctioning the exchange off on this forum. They obviously did not want me gumming up the auction process with posts blasting them.  I highly recommend removing any funds you have from this site.

Hi

As you can imagine it's quite the overhead to manage 70+ coins, so sorry that we couldn't get back to you after a few hours of you contacting us (we did respond within 24h). The truth is we had a lot of trouble with the DIEM wallet, our initial (but wrong) conclusion was that it was the old version, which I communicated as such. After further investigation the problem was wallet related and it did not sync the blockchain properly. We downloaded the QT, loaded our priv keys in there, and manually tried to send you the transaction. It worked.
After 2 emails, one of which I asked you your DIEM address to send it back, not "much complaining" was necessary at all to get your DIEM back.

I never said that you didn't get back to me quickly. Saying "so sorry that we couldn't get back to you after a few hours" only serves to perturb me further, because you are implying that I was impatient.  Let's not confuse the issue here. If not a scam them you are negligent. You OUTRIGHT TOLD ME THAT I WAS S.O.L not ONCE, BUT TWICE. I was mistaken about when your exchange opened but not about the fact that you announced adding DIEM on the 23rd of MAY and on the New DIEM thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=588310.msg6903256#msg6903256

Here is the conversation. That whole "we double checked" thing? I guess you admit to bullshit? To say "This is completely out of our hands, the blame is completely on the developer who never informed us about this" means you were making an uninformed excuse. Basically pulled it out of your...

My DIEM order cannot be cancelled, yet it seems you delisted the coin (very poor choice IMHO). I have nearly 9 million stuck in limbo. Please allow me to withrdraw them.

I am very familiar with the "version 2" of DIEM. You added DIEM after the conversion took place. You clearly are on the new wallet because my deposit went through. It would have been impossible for my new "version 2" DIEM to have been deposited without you being on the correct DIEM wallet. I never sent you original DIEM.

I sent the DIEM to you on May 31st. You announced your exchange May 26th. Old DIEM was LONG GONE by then. I am resisting the urge to be very pissed off right now. Please respond with the correct answer.

to me

Hi Andrew

We double checked and we were still on the old branch. We announced our exchange may 7th. If you download the old wallet and give me an address, we will send you your coins back, but nevertheless they are worthless. Let me know.

See that link? The new Devs took over in April. You were NEVER listed on the old Devs thread. I sent you the coins from a NEW WALLET with NEW COIN! How did the new Devs add you to there thread if you never had contact with them or vice versa? How?

Also, you are saying I could send NEW DIEM to the OLD DIEM wallet? They are 2 different coins!!!!!! I sent from this address DFi6tEPXDc7hgnX3cWAHw6XUahMAXrjesr To: Coinnext DTjFh4AwAJyWnQwd1HYrhapn7Gv99Fgida

If it was at all possible for a transaction to work from 2 different coins, which I doubt it is, then you are essentially saying that your negligence is my loss. Listen. I will spend countless hours taking you down if I am not given back either my DIEM or LTC equivalent. It is not even about the money. I will not stop until you either shut down or make this right.

See: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=588310.msg6903256#msg6903256

You posted this in the NEW thread on May 23rd. Damn it, make this right.

to me
I've sent 8.9M back to DFi6tEPXDc7hgnX3cWAHw6XUahMAXrjesr
This is the transaction ID as proof. 188ebc2ea424e7f1e03e9a330303e2c672ae8578179bd35162665a76630c20f2

Let me know if it arrives.

Yes. I got it. So what is the problem? These DIEM are not worthless. You guys are greatly mistaken about this whole thing. I will let the Devs know that they need to remove you guys from the announcement page. ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Just saw that you guys are closing. Can you give us any insight as to why?

The site seemed fairly promising from what I can tell (I was unable to use it as I just discovered it very recently).

Would you be willing to talk with me for Coin Fire (http://coinfire.cf/)

PICISI would be interested in buying Coinnext.com as a turnkey operation, no need for customer files.

Let me know if you are interested.
