Hello Friends, If your job is between 9 to 6 office work and in front of PC then this article is for you. Please understand that in this situation you need to stand up from the chair every 30 minutes and stretch a bit and stand for few minutes. Because My practical experience is that if you constantly work by sitting on the desk and in front of PC then you may suffer neck pain and also spinal chord related issues.So it is advisable to stand up and have some other task in different posture. I am sure this information and my experience will help my fellow writers

I don't find this to be completely true. I probably spend ~10 hours a day sitting in front of the desk.
I'm either working on my machine or studying. I have never felt back or neck pain yet.
Maybe because I'm sitting in a comfortable position (it's not a right one, since i tend to put my legs way up high).

In work there is a chance the boss won't see it with good eyes that. They are more worried with you giving them profit than with your health, they can fire you and hire another sucker if you give too much healt troubles
