Hello all. I have a bank statement and my drivers license that I am going to use to verify my BitStamp account. I was wondering if I can scan them to PDF files and submit those or if I have to scan them to image files like JPG. If I had to send an image file then I would have to go into like photos how to piece all the pages and backsides of pages into one image. Thanks!

Scan all your documents and save it to jpg. Just send all the backside and frontside files without editing it.

You can use your phone to take the photo and send it to a email , open that email in your computer and save them as jpg .

Biggest thing is to make sure it does not look edited.  Use quality camera if not scanning.  Will make your life easier.

Quality camera will do better like everyone suggested. A Clear image for front/back of both documents "if you could submit multiple for each" Would make it faster IMO rather than having to wait if they get suspicious.

A PDF is an image file. I transmitted my documents to Bitstamp in PDF files and didn't have any problems at all. So I think as long as your files are high resolution (readable), then you should be fine sending PDFs. As always, YMMV.  Smiley

Scan at jpg's and send them, it should be fine.
