faulty ASICMiner V2 Blade

I have 2 faulty ASICMiner V2 Blades, not responding at all, I tried factory reset, I tried running them on there own but nothing help.
is there any place in uK where someone can fix them?
All lloks OK 12V coming in and going via the puse but the blades dead.

No, I got it from eBay 3 month ago, the blades was working OK for the last 2 month, its only day before yestarday that i seen it not working.
