FAQ

Q: What operating systems can I use the X-Wallet on?

A: The quick answer is Windows 7, Windows 8, and OSX 10.8. Other versions of OSX are supported with select cryptos (see website for more information)

Q: What else do I need to be able to use the X-Wallet?

A: You will need an available USB port and an internet connection (all currencies rely on network resources).

Q: All I want is Bitcoin…

A: You don’t need to use the other clients, but they’re installed in case you do. All clients work independently from one another, so you can use or not use them as you wish.

Q: Where can I learn more about these cryptographic currencies?

A: First read about the coins on their official websites (links to supported currencies here).

Q: Can I get the X-Wallet without the accessories? (protective case and /.dat backup USB drive)

A: No, but if it makes you feel any better, these are the highest quality accessories for the X-Wallet we could find.

Q: What about updating clients? How will the X-Wallet stay up to date with new client updates?

A: When critical updates occur with any X-Wallet installed currency client, Coin Dominion will provide step-by-step instructions and downloads for you to safely update your clients. If there’s ever a situation where the X-Wallet can no longer work with a required client update, we will provide step-by-step instructions on how to transition your wallet off of the X-Wallet system. For more details please read the X-Wallet End User License Agreement.

Figured I'd log this purchase since I don't see how the hell it can work, but it would be bawlz (doge bawlz) if it does. All I can say so far is the insanely long 10% off coupon worked. I'll report on the unit once it arrives.

Got the X-Wallet and tested it for a few days switching from a PC and a Mac about a dozen times between home and work. Each time it works from the same wallet. Not sure how it works, but it does and that's what I've been wanting. Pelican case is a nice touch and the USB drive works fine. So far I'm pleased.

Bonus is that the Lacie drive is incredibly fast and looks like the wallet a robot pimp would carry.
