Who runs bitcoinservice?

Hi,

does anyone know who runs bitcoin service? I'd like to lower the price for my bitcoin gadget, but it doesn't seem to allow fractional prices! Unfortunately, there is absolutely no contact information on the site.

Also, if someone knows of a better service (with lower fees? 10% is really high!), I'd be interested as well.
