Why am I getting such small returns through using a multipool?

I have been using wemineall.com and have seen extremely low returns on my mining efforts, I am wondering why. I'm thinking of picking just one coin to mine but I am looking for a pool that contains people mining at professional levels.

why would anybody mining at professional levels (whatever it means) would want to mine with you ?

I am simply looking for a pool that deals with people that have over 50 MH in scrypt power. for efficiencies sake.
