Cryptocoin for a website and the public

I am considering making a cryptocoin for my social network site. It would be awarded to bloggers and members for getting traffic and writing great articles, and also be released to public mining pools.

I am looking for a team interested in helping me with this project, with the understanding that your financial reward will come from making this endeavor cash worthy.

I already ordered a logo...just waiting on a couple of ends to come together.

Because it's a social network site and I would never be able to mine enough of someone else's coin. This way at least I can use the premined coin
