I am hosting a group buy for Bitmain Antminer S3. This group buy will be for 2 things: building a bitcoin farm (hosting for you) and get bulk discount if you want your miner shipped to you. If you cannot afford a whole Antminer S3 you can buy in fraction or shares (.25BTC min.)

Escrow Confirmed!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=640333.msg7412755#msg7412755

I will be charging a 4% fee (what is mined) to cover my costs for hosting. Shipping will be paid at your expense, either create a shipping label from my address to yours or I can create one and you can send me BTC to cover for that fee, with FREE LABOR Smiley I am trying to build a reputation for myself and build a customer base and hopefully to become a distributor / reseller for ASIC Miners in the US.

How much will the Antminer S3 Cost?

Nothing has been officially announced but from speculations it will be around $650-700 USD or around 1-1.25BTC

Do I have to pay anything right now?

No I am making this thread so you can reserve a spot for this group buy!

If you're interested please reply to the thread to reserve a spot with how many units or shares you are interested in.

I don't want to sound like a wet blanket, but I just ran some numbers and it looks like your electricity costs are going to be higher than 4% of what the miner makes. $.08/kwh is $.75 per day. (I think that's pretty cheap)

.75/$590(btc)=.00127.  Estimated daily earnings to start: .0187.  .00127/.0187= 6.8%.

If you can pull this off, put me down for several or talk to me privately about renting some hardware from you.

If there's a flaw in the math, let me know that too. Smiley

Good luck.

What size mine are you aiming for?

OG Bitcoin Miner turned Proof of Stake Validator.
Maxed out Raspberry Pi 4 8GB at 120$ a Day Revenue with ~15K XTZ Bonds in Summer of 2021.
Looking at Proof of Stake systems all across the crypto ecosystem to expand operations.

I'd be interested in a group buy, depending on what the price is.
