In continental USA - it's free.

Personally I do not know how to deal with international shipping:

a) shipping cost is around $25-30
b) no idea how to track
c) customs
d) shipping time ~ 1.5-2 weeks

I'm always skeptical about IPads and other electronics sold by people with low post counts.  It seems like 9/10 IPads sold by those with a post count under 50-100 are all scams.

I'm not saying you are a scammer, but I would recommend offering to use an escrow service or finding a trusted forum member to act as an escrow.  This way, a buyer can send BTC to the escrow without worry about losing it all.  Then, you would receive the BTC as soon as the buyer has received the product.
