Hello, yesterday my miner was working fine, without a problem, today I turn on my computer, open the bfgminer direct access with the pool configuration and a message comes out saying the file "zlib1.dll" file is missing. Why is this happening? I have been mining with the program for more than a month, and my antivirus never gave me a problem neither bfgminer said anything of any file, configured it a month ago and never touched it again....any help please?

Thank you.

Did you or someone else change anything on your computer yesterday? Go to your BFGMiner folder and see if the file zlib1.dll is indeed not in there. If so open the zipfile you unpacked BFGMiner from during installation and copy the zlib1.dll back into your BFGMiner folder. If you deleted the zipfile just redownload it.

Hope that helps. If not post again.

Thanks Chrithu, it worked, I just deleting existing folder, unpacking downloaded zip file and added the whole folder to the exceptions of avast, seems like antivirus deleted more than one thing without even notifying...  Angry
