The SGMiner authors have their own official binaries. I would stay away from unofficial binaries like those linked above.

MultiMiner: Any Miner, Any Where, on Any Device |  Xgminer: Mine with popular miners on Mac OS X

There are several official binaries hosted at https://litecointalk.org/index.php?board=3.0 and SPH-SGMiner links in their own thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=475795.0;all

Use my binaries, don't use my binaries.  I don't mind either way.  I will continue to compile my own and if someone else has as hard of a time finding them as I did, I'll continue to post them.  I'm not interested in stealing coins or redirecting miners or any of that other crap.  If you don't believe me, don't download them.  Smiley  If you do believe me, save yourself the hunting and find them at http://sgminer.builders
