No bids below $363?

Obviously some people have very low buy orders in case of flash crashes but why does Bitfinex not show any bids below $363??? Ask yourself why are they hiding the true demand for bitcoin? Why not show us the same range for bid and ask orders??

BY THE WAY! I bought this desktop with BTCitcoin from dell....... I am not too sure if it was any different from using my credit card on dell before.
