Do they come fully boxed and sealed?

Most likely the box is open if he had it unlocked.

I imagine he had to enter the unlock code in the device itself or have it flashed.

It is factory unlock so it fullbox and sealed.

yes that works.  Its a verizon phone though, does it take a sim card?  and is it opened, it doesn't look like there is plastic covering the box.  Thanks!
