Couldn't the gov't buy up some DRK masternodes?

Just wondering, what's stopping the government from acquiring one or many masternodes and therefore being able to keep a record of all transactions that run through those nodes?  According to the darkcoin website, "all transactions will be routed through these nodes."  The whole concept of needing centralized masternodes to route transactions seems to be the opposite of what a decentralized currency is supposed to do.  Unlike bitcoin, where a transaction goes directly from party A to party B, a darkcoin transaction goes from party A to a centrally controlled node, then to party B.  Doesn't that seem like it's just inviting the government to get some of these nodes to keep track of everything?

I think there would be some proper explanation , but this theory gives rise to soooo many possible conspiracy theories.

What if DRK was set up by the government so that they could monitor our transactions while giving us the false sense of security.

What if DRK is meant to supercede Bitcoin and return control back to the government ?

Suppose the government controls 60% of the nodes because they bought them.

If one DarkSends the money through ten nodes, one has 60% chance of hitting a government node each time a DarkSend is performed

So...

First DarkSend has 60% possibility of being mapped.
Second ... has 60% x 60% = 36%
Tenth ...has 0.604%

So if you DarkSend them once you get 60%, when you DarkSend them ten you get 0.604% - supposing a bad actor ratio of 60% (which would require millions of USD).

In any case DarkSend is not complete. We'll see how it goes when it is because the specification is evolving.
