Bter.com, The Current Status?

I see threads back in 2013 reporting problems with Bter crediting deposits & processing withdrawals.

Where these problems ever resolved?  Or is Bter still a risky bet?

I do minimal trading and I have never had a problem.. but perhaps its the law of averages... maybe if I did more than 2 a month I might run into problems lol. but yeah all good for me.

Not sure who is better these days ? my first preferance is btc-e, bter in second.
