He pmed me the skype ID of the user and I asked him if I could post it here but I got no reply. Well that user is a scammer if I go by his feedback. He is an alt of a scammer "zizzle" as his skype ID is delly140.

Don't know why OP isn't sharing his PM here.

By some logic i believe he can prove that he is infact a scammer, because there is no other point or gain for him to make a claim against newly opened account,
but like EcuaMobi pointed out, there is a pinned thread on how to make a valid scam report.

Without evidence out in the open, its all hearsay. Just post it here OP, why bother with PM's

I just wanted to warn other users about this user, not that he scammed me. Also, I didn't want to show the evidence on public because now the user knows where he made a mistake with the same skype ID.

Anyways, this is the PM I received from plomonster. If you search the skype ID, there is an old post he posted with his alt account.

I have never ever tried lbc and have heard nothing but horror storys from there. If ya wanna skype me my skype is delly140. We can talk more there or email is kidaces@yahoo.com
