im the opposite, I don't like all the story lines... so Ireally enjoyed the episodes. season 1 was good as their was only 1 story line..
but now in season 4 there is what like 4 or so story lines... I actually have trouble following and I have to ask my GF what is happening
she is really good with compression.
would of enjoyed a bit of Tyrion action in the episode, but I still think its my fav episoe of the seaon so far.
and to the 2 other guys thanks for answering my question. I actually thoughjt they had not been airing shows on holidays for a number of years now? Didn;'t think it was a new thing they just started ?
The episode was alright, but I prefer episodes with a little more different stories instead of a whole episode about a single event.
But than again it was still a nice episode, just not my favorite.
GoT is still one of my favorite series ever, I hope it stays like this and I hope it ends before they drag it too much. It has to stay interesting.
4? I believe there's more than that.
Let's see,
Castle black
Hodor and friends
(White workers) (kinda belong with the above atm)
Danaeris
Kings landing
Red lady
The vale
Arya (technically currently at the vale)
Theon greyjoy and all that
Might have actually forgotten some. Also not all of them are mentioned in each episode. Usually they only mention 4 or so indeed.

The events were too important to simply brush over with interruption. I felt that the dedication to the battle of Castle Black added to its intensity, as if you were there with them.
I loved Breaking Bad, but I don't have the urgency to watch that again as I do with Game of Thrones - it is simply amazing.
Well, you do have a point. But still, even though I enjoyed the episode it's not my favorite. It's still pretty good.
I agree. While the episode was good I really felt hungry to know what was happening in King's Landing and other places. I guess that's one advantage of reading the books, you can just push on until you get what you want. Watching these episodes one by one is brutal.
