problem with mpos mining pool.

So,i have set up a mining pool using  MPOS. i have a working  stratum, a coind and everything, but when i create workers, they dont get showed on the number of workers on my dashboard, however the workers get added up in the  database, but no. of workers on my dashboard remain zero.  someone told me that i have to run cronjobs to update all the stats and my workers should be active to get listed on dashboard.  so i need help in running cronjobs. which all crons do i need to run and how do i run them? please tell in detail.
