Hi,
My question is where to trade my BTC for $ where it will be very fast ( please post how much time for cashout)  . Is it very risky to trade with strangers even using Escrow service? Is it still not safe at paypal to trade BTC? Is it better to use Skrill or something else?
Thank you!
BR

Bitstamp still a pretty reliable option for non-humongous amounts
Assuming anonymity not a consideration

You either go on small increments, or try wm-center as I trust them.

For small transaction, use localbitcoin with escrow.

For large transaction, use one of the main exchanges.
